1. The Valley of the Waves
The Valley of the Waves is Sun City Resorts water theme park. Complete with a wave pool, several slides, a lazy river and a beautiful tropical setting this is a must do activity while on holiday here. If you are staying at The Palace of the Lost City, or any of the other Resorts in Sun City then entrance into the waterpark is free.
2. The Maze of the Lost CityTo get to the entrance of the Maze, one must enter from the Entertainment Centre and cross a suspended bridge. The Maze of the Lost City has been designed to look like old abandoned Mayan ruins and covers an area of 2200 square metres. The Maze of the Lost City is quite challenging as all the walls look the same, and as they are concrete and high you cannot see over them. To assist you with your progress through the maze there are small holes in the walls where you are able to see the exit and which way you need to go. It can take anywhere from 15 minutes to up to an hour to make your way out of the maze, however never fear as there are emergency exits located throughout the Maze. At the end of the Maze there is a refreshment area that houses the Pilanesburg Craft Brewery and the Brewers rooftop as well as the Maze lookout.
3. The Outdoor Adventure Centre
The Outdoor Adventure Centre is located at the entrance of The Sun City Resort. It has a range activities to choose from and caters for those 12 years and above. Some activities you can choose are Quad Biking, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Archery and even Drumming.
4. Zip Lining

The Gary Player Golf Course is located in front of the Sun City Hotel and The Cascades Hotel in the Sun City Resort. The course was designed by the famous Golfer himself ‘Gary Player’. The Nedbank Golf Challenge is played her every year, and has hosted some of the biggest names in golf. The course is 18 holes Par 72 and is a walkable course. The Golf Course also has a Country Club that houses a restaurant and other facilities including a 5 star luxurious spa.
